It’s been a little lonely since the last tenant disappeared,
but we’re sure you’ll feel right at home. Collect the keys
to unlock each apartment and discover what the building
has been hiding. Just remember… if you ever visit
Apartment 13, choose carefully. Behind that door could
be the biggest prize of all… or nothing at all.

Apartment 13 is played in landscape.
WELCOME, NEW TENANT
The building remembers everyone.
Chapter One
The relics in the walls
Six or more matching relics touching each other is a find. They burst,
whatever sat above them falls into the gap, and the building offers you
another look at the same spin. A single spin can pay again and again while
the falling keeps finding more.
Watch for a multiplier orb in the rubble. It waits until the
tumbling stops, then multiplies everything that spin was worth.
Chapter Two
Three keys to a door
Golden keys turn up in their own rows, one row per apartment.
Three keys open that door — and every door pays, though the higher
floors keep the better secrets. Once a door has given up what it holds it
shuts again, and its keys start over.
Chapter Three
The key that glows
One key is different. It is marked 13, it belongs to the top
floor, and it comes rarely. Three of them and the building stops to ask
you a question.
The prize it offers is worked out from the average of your bets at
the moments those three keys were found — so the stake you were playing
when you found them is the stake Apartment 13 settles at, whatever you bet
afterwards.
Chapter Four
Take it, or open the door
You can walk away with the prize in your hand — a small, certain
thing. Or you can open the door.
Behind it is nothing at all half the time. The other half holds
everything this building has: prizes many times the size of the one you
turned down, thirteen haunted free spins, and the progressive pot itself.
The safe prize is meant to be the smaller one. That is
the whole of the choice.
